Shoe Carnival - Shipping Service Review
Worst experience ever! I ordered me and my daughter some boots online and this was my first time using their website to order shoes.
Usually I go to the store. I got the confirmation my shoes was ordered and ready to pick up. I then got another email saying my order ws canceled due to them not being in stock! WHY IN THE WORLD WOULD YOU LET ME PURCHASE THEM, send me a confirmation THAT you HAVE them , THEN SAY YOU canceled the order!
So I called customer service and they said only my daughter shoe was available and at this point I didn't care.so I went to pick up my daughter's shoe but I called again to make sure I won't get charged for the shoe they didn't have.they said I would not and they took it off my bill.guess what???? When I picked up my daughter's shoes I was charged not once but 2x for the shoe they didn't have nor do I!
I called customer service again and was met with the nastiest attitude from a supervisor named roxy out of Wisconsin and still nothing was done. No compensation just a sorry,it is what it is...smh
