Shoe Carnival - False Advertising and poor C.S.

I purchased boots online, check store availability first for in-store pick up. I needed these for work. These showed available and were $20 cheaper than the nearest store so I bought them. They charged my card. Two hours later they cancelled the order because the boots were not available. They keep a hold on my funds 5 days. I got in trouble at work cause no boots.
