Shoe Carnival Bad Management
The store posts a 10:00 am opening, which is rediculous. By 10:15 there were several people waiting in the parking lot. When the manager??? opened the door with a sour look as if we had no right to be there. If she doesn't want the job I hear there are people looking for work. My last visit to shoe carnival.
I returned shoes prefect condition with receipt and looked at receipt they did not give me back the same amount I payed, they keep 9.00 and when I asked they said it was right I went home checked my statement they lied. Hate Liers!
Skechers Shoes Review
I purchased two pair of Sketcher shoes from Shoe Carnival two months ago. After wearing one pair the heal section of the shoe broke down and began to cut my heal. I purchased BOGO online, I was sent an email to let me know that one pair wasn't available and I would not and could not receive my free pair of shoes. This was the only reason I decided to buy anything from the site. I will be returning the shoes to the store all while losing on the shipping fees and gas. First and last time online customer.
