I have been dealing with shoe carnival a long time.I have a collection of new balance shoe 42 pair.

I went to the store to order two new pair I didn't have and the store never had either. So they order on line for me. Waited ten days no shoe went to get a refund and was told to call customer service. Ten days dealing with four different people still no refund, also was told they could not send me new shoes and had to wait for my money.

All I got was sorry this happen.

Time to find another place to buy my shoes.This place is bad.
