So I get two different charges three days apart from the *** place.I email them at least 5 times in the same day.
Waiting for an explanation or at minimum and acknowledgment that they received my complaint. Nothing. So I call them of course. Then they proceed to tell me that the first one was the subtotal.
WTF! If your going to put a hold then hold the TOTAL. Second There's no need for that second charge when you already have a hold! Third 3-5 Business days to release the hold!
