Their have not attempted to make ANY kind of resolution to this issue. They just REALLY DON'T CARE.. OH, by the way,, their BOGO banner is still up across the front of their building.

On April 9th I went to Shoe Carnival at the Virginia Center Commons area, Glen Allen, VA. I went there “SPECIFICALLY” for a BOGO 1/2 off because I need to purchase a pair of shoes for myself and one for my sister who can not normally afford their higher price of shoes, but at 1/2 off she could.

I was informed that you they NO LONGER do the BOGO 1/2 off anymore and that they had stopped it last week.

I ain't goin to let my sister be embarrassed, So I had to pay the full price for hers with just a minor percent discount.

So you can imagine how ticked off I when I got email 11 days later saying:

"You’ll love this: BOGO 1/2 OFF" .....

REALLY !!!! I feel like I got scammed on my purchase, not sure if I will ever purchase for Shoe Carnival again

So I wrote the company and explained what happened.

They actually did respond, but certainly not what I expected.

What I got was a standard 'oh, we care about our customers and thank you for letting us know"

Thats about it .. nothing to try to make up for being lied to.

So I will NEVER SHOP AT SHOE CARNIVAL Again.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $30.

Preferred solution: At least TRY to act like you really cared !!!.

Whatever this is a dumb company doesn't deserve any shoppers they take money off your card charging you twice and make you wait 3-5 business days for a return...

I'd hate to see what happens if something important happens to you after reading your maniac post about a lousy pair of shoes ... can you cope with life ? Apparently your sister cannot, and your grammar indicates that your entire family requires additional education in order to function properly.

I am highly educated and if you judge by typos well that says alot about you. Oh did I mention I am a retired judical officer... By the way WHY are you on this site??? What part of Pissed Consumer do you not understand.

Its not the money- its the POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. But I guess you are okay with that.
