Online shopping

I still have not received my money back. It took 82.11 off 3 times when I tried to place an order it told me that it couldnt process and then kept charging me. When will I get my money back?

Has pending 2 x on my bank acct

Just ordered shoes and I had to change my billing address for it to go through but before that it has 2 x charges pending and the bank is closed tomorrow for Memorial Day be tues before I can go uo there to get it straightened out I dont need 2 other orders pending thanks

My shoes was stolen I got them for Mothers Day and fedex threw my box outside and I dont no when they was delivered but they dont feel a need to replace them I dont have money like that it was a present I guess I have to wait until next year to get more shoes

We went to the nearest store to buy a pair of crocs for my youngest and didnt have the size. We decided to order online instead, the advertisement stated that a pack of Jin its charms were included with the purchase; that never happened.

After a few emails back and forth I was told that I never included this item in my shopping cart online, which I was unaware of. Long story short, the customer service representative told me that since that advertisement was over they couldnt give them to me. Im not content with the outcome after submitting prove of my purchase and everything.

If I would have bought this at the store Im sure I would have gotten them. At least the customer service representative wasnt rude.

Not resolved waiting on response from site manager per shoe carnival customer service

Took the shoes and my receipt NIKE AIR MAX I just purchased 2 weeks ago on 10/14/21 due to them falling apart at the tip of the toe and ripping on the canvas to local shoe carnival WHERE I PURCHASED THEM, and was told that they would not take them back and worker was rude and shut the shoe box and proceeds to hand the box to me and said your kid was too hard on these shoes these shoes are not for running they are for looks only! NIKE AIR MAX, Nike is known for athletic wear!

I am very disappointed in this store, being I work hard every day for my children to have decent looking shoes, that will hold up for more than 2 weeks! Just to be told an opinion that's irrelevant, and a worker of that store should not be so rude and critical, of something he has no clue about! That's not his job nor is it my job to have to exchange shoes that should have been acceptable to wear after 2 weeks!!!

This place is unacceptable and wished I could give them negative stars because I would! Very unprofessional and rude!

Endless SPAM that will not stop

I never subcscribed to them, yet their junk mail endlessly arrives in my email box. I have used the unsubscribe links a few times over a perioud of 3 montsh and they don't stop. I emailed their shoeperks@***.com and told them to remove me from ALL messages and they didn't stop. I called their 800-430-SHOE phone number and the service agent told me, "we will remove you but it takes awhile so until then, just enjoy the great discounts we offer with each new mailing!" REALLY? Shoe Carnival is nothing more than a SPAM company.

I also keep getting spam emails from Shoe Carnival despite unsubscribing which works for a short time then the emails start up again. I've never asked to be on their mailing list nor have I ever ordered from them.

Shoe Carnival was involved in a class action lawsuit in 2022 because of unsolicited texts. Go figure.

Terrible customer service

We waited in line for 23 minutes to purchase 3 pairs of shoes. There was one cashier and she was dealing with a single client for the full 23 minutes. She looked at us several times and never called for a second cashier. There were at least 3 other employees working, one of which went outside and got something from her car who looked right at us. Needless to say we left and they lost $174 in sales. We won't be back.

Poor Customer Service on Shipped Orders

I went to our local store to purchase shoes that they had advertised in stock. The store did not and had not ever keep the particular shoe in stock.

I ordered the shoes and paid for expedited shipping. The carrier has now declared the order as lost and advised me to contact Shoe Carnival to start a claim. Shoe Carnival stated that I had to wait until they felt the package would not be recovered. I paid ALL of their inflated shipping costs including additional fees for 3-5 day shipping so I could receive them before Christmas.

I am now 8 days out and have been told it will be at least another week before they will start an inquiry.

Keep in mind the carrier has already declared the shipment as lost. This is the exact wrong way to handle CUSTOMER service.

They continually put a delivery date then they put down "Customer not home". I was home the whole day waiting for the shipment. If you need your delivery on time, buy somewhere else.

Kudos to Joshua at the Southfield Store! I asked Joshua if ASICS gave any extra laces! He looked at my flat thin laces & {{Redacted}} offered me to take a pair from the sale shelf at no charge! I chose an oval, black pair! I appreciated Joshuas very helpful service to me! I laced the athletic shoes & {{Redacted}} they now lace up snugly without slipping!

Rude employee

Checking out we was demanded to move because she said we not to shop was in the way. We are still in the middle of this pandemic. The store should have registers so close together and the person behind us was in shock the commander to come up and she was to close to us. The manager just watched and didn't say a word.
